POLPROJEKT is a company established in January 1998 by Krystyna Borowska and Ryszard Nowak, who continually constitute the company’s management board.

We carry out complex, multi-branch design documentations and lead all the formal-legal matters regarding the investments on behalf of Investors. 

 

The scope of our activity covers most types of the building industry, such as:

• Shopping halls
• Road facilities
• Technical utilities networks

We co-operate with Polish and foreign Investors, designing facilities and supervising their construction all over the country. The company adjusts the scope of provided services to the wishes and requirements of the Investors.

We service investments of leading retail chains operating in the country, such as Biedronka, Dealz, Pepco, Intermarche, Bricomarche, CCC, KiK, Rossmann, Martes Sport.
